m9aisa Terms & Conditions and Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all players who use the m9aisa platform (referred to hereinafter as the "Service"). The platform includes slots, live casino, football, Shan Koe Mee, and other games.

Account Registration Requirements

Deposits

Deposits on the m9aisa platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. All transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes of your request.

Payment Verification

For large withdrawals or unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns, m9aisa may request additional documents for verification. If the required documents are not provided, the payment may be put on hold.

Transfer Failures

m9aisa is not responsible for failed deposits caused by errors on the part of a payment service provider or bank. Players should verify on their end that their payment has been completed successfully.

Welcome Bonus

Get a 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit at m9aisa, up to 100,000 Ks.

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks. Wagering requirement on the bonus: 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
• Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 240,000 Ks. Wagering requirement on the bonus: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• Withdrawals are not allowed until all bonus requirements have been met.
• The bonus applies only to the first deposit made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay.
• Bonus funds cannot be cashed out directly — you must wager through the bonus first before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.
• If m9aisa determines that a bonus has been abused or that an account has been used improperly, the bonus may be cancelled.

Rewards Program (VIP)

m9aisa's VIP program has three tiers. You move up based on how often and how much you play—

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Player Responsibilities

All players using the m9aisa platform should follow these conduct rules—

• Play only with your own money; do not use payment methods belonging to a third party.

• Do not use software, bots, or computer tools that could harm the platform.

Prohibited Actions

Any of the following actions may result in loss of access to the platform and forfeiture of winnings—

• Using modified software or hacking tools
• Money laundering
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Abusive or disruptive behaviour toward m9aisa staff or customer service

Handling of Violations

If m9aisa detects any violation, the account will be suspended immediately and withdrawals restricted until a decision is reached. Any pending cashback requests from the player may also be put on hold during the investigation.
